I know I could buy it from some places that sell discontinued coffee, but eventually even they will run out or their cans will expire. So…

I would use Coffee Mate, with a bit of instant coffee powder, cocoa powder/chocolate drink mix and sweetener if you like it sweeter, just mix it a small amount at a time and keep dry.
