Belgian Chocolate And Coffee

Have you ever been to coffee bean, if yes can you answer this?

The have very good Belgian Waffles and you have a choice of paying extra for a Nutelle: a chocolate spread. My question is , what ingredients used to make it and is the waffle good for you when u are watching your weight. I also wonder how many calories

Those waffles have 432 calories, which, for one serving is something you should avoid whether on a diet or not. On a diet, that would be around a third of your daily allotment of calories.

And a serving of Nutella has 200 calories. I’ve never been to that food chain before but it looks like they probably have around 450-600 calories. Not a good choice I’d say.

Then again I’m no health nut, I’d probably splurge if they were my favorite. I’d limit it to once a month or less frequently.

Also, as for healthy alternatives, there’s not really many healthy choices in fast food… I’d go with something with fruit and not much sugar.
